Metso Paper to Manfacture a Scanner for Bratsky Drying Machine-1
. A working group from Finnish Metso Paper company came to Bratsky timber enterprise on Tuesday in order to start the fulfillment of scanner manufacture project for drying machine-1 on a pulp and paper mill owned by Bratsky. The new scanner is intended for humidity and pulp density determination.

A working group from Finnish Metso Paper company came to Bratsky timber enterprise on Tuesday in order to start the fulfillment of scanner manufacture project for drying machine-1 on a pulp and paper mill owned by Bratsky. The new scanner is intended for humidity and pulp density determination.
The working group intends to examine the compatibility of the new facility and to approve the technical specifications of the scanner. In accordance with the contract the equipment shall be supplied by May 2004. The installation and test of the facility will be carried out with the participation of Metso.
The launch of the scanner is scheduled for June-July 2004. The project cost is $245 thousand, $50 more thousand will be spent on providing the compatibility of the scanner with already working equipment as on construction works.
