A member of Mohawk's Board of Directors since 2005, Haren was previously Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Haren was a principal player in the acquisition of International Paper's Fine Paper Division in 2005, and has continued to manage the financial success of the integration. He will retain his responsibilities for the finance, treasury, IT, and international sales departments.
