The distribution of $0.51 per share is payable December 31, 2008, to stockholders of record on December 24, 2008. Potlatch owns approximately 1.6 million acres of forestland in Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota and Wisconsin, and operates 12 manufacturing facilities that produce lumber and panel products and bleached pulp products, including paperboard and tissue.
