Ilim Pulp Enterprise (IPE) purchased the irish company Interpulp Trading, it’s exclusive trader at the foreign market. Interpulp will control by Ilim Timber-industrial Enterprises in the context of consolidation the assets IPE. The company started the process of purchasing Interpulp Trading a few months ago. Both companies refused to disclose seller’s name and sum of the deal. According to russian newspaper Kommersant sum of the deal was about $8 millions. Estimate value of the assets of Interpulp was about $70 millions, the biggest part of it – the circulating assets.
