According to Vedomosti-daily, partially the shares of the additional issue registered in early March 2004, will be included in the distribution. The total issue was 184 thousand shares, while the stock capital is divided in 1,02 million ordinary and preference shares. The idea of distributing shares among the top-managers still has a lot of drawbacks and we will hardly fulfill that before 2005 after we clear up all the details’, senior corporate communications officer Vadim Bakhtov told Lesprom.ru.
