The composition of the Nomination Board is as follows: Gunnar Brock (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stora Enso), Juha Rantanen (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stora Enso), Kari Järvinen (Managing Director of Solidium Oy), and Marcus Wallenberg (Chairman of the Board of Directors of FAM AB). Kari Järvinen is the Chairman of the Nomination Board.
