The resignation followed the announcement of the sale of GPG’s shareholding in Rubicon Limited, Tenon’s majority shareholder. Tenon produces, markets and distributes a wide range of solid wood building products to core markets in New Zealand, Australia, Asia, the United States and now Europe.
