(HPVA), a trade association representing North American manufacturers of hardwood plywood, hardwood veneer and engineered hardwood flooring industries, has named C.T. “Kip” Howlett Jr. as its new President. Howlett previously served as vice president of the American Chemistry Council and executive director of its Chlorine Chemistry Council, as well as spending 19 years with Georgia-Pacific in a variety of positions.
