Robin Jack, XLam’s co-founder, Director and retiring CEO joined the XLam Board’s world-wide hunt for his own replacement. Mr Jack said they were focused on finding the right person with extensive experience in the prefabricated construction industry to join the team and lead XLam into an exciting future.
