AXA Group cuts stake in Stora Enso below 5%
Mar 26, 2009. Stora Enso Oyj was informed that the number of shares in the Company held by AXA S.A. and its subsidiaries has decreased below 5% of the of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares in Stora Enso Oyj on 19 March 2009.
Mar 26, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Financial services company AXA Group has cut its holding in Finnish paper and packaging group Stora Enso below 5% to 4.95% of the paid-up share capital and the number of shares in the company, as Stora Enso informed Lesprom Network.
Stora Enso is a Helsinki-listed, global forest products company, generating annual sales of Euro 11 billion.
