Ahlstrom signs Euro 250 million revolving credit facility
Jun 30, 2011. Ahlstrom has signed a new Euro 250 million five year revolving credit facility. This is a committed credit facility to be used for general corporate purposes. This facility refinances Ahlstrom's existing Euro 200 million revolving credit facility dated 15 July 2009.

This facility refinances Ahlstrom's existing Euro 200 million revolving credit facility dated 15 July 2009, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
The banks acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are DnB NOR Bank ASA, Merchant Banking, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), Nordea, Pohjola Bank plc, Sampo Bank plc, and Swedbank AB (publ). BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank act as Lead Arrangers.
Nordea acted as the Coordinator, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) is the Documentation Agent and Pohjola Bank plc is the Facility Agent in the facility
