Austrian Duropack upgrades cardboard plant in Bulgaria

Austrian Duropack jointly with PAMACompany plan to refurbish a cardboard making machine at the cardboard plant in Bulgarian city of Trakia in August-September this year, Russian forestry review informed. The improved molder will increase the productivity of the machine from 55,000 to 80,000 tons of recycled testliner per year.
Carrier board is to be used for making corrugated cardboard at the two machines of the plant and other Duropack mills. On completion of the first stage and commissioning the production line, a joint project for upgrading presses and the hydraulic system and enhancing capacity of the cardboard making machine up to 100,000 tons per year will be started.
