Botnia refinances its revolving credit facility
Jan 02, 2012. Botnia AB, part of Metsäliitto Group, has on 30 December 2011 signed a new Euro 270 million revolving credit facility agreement with a syndicate of six banks, replacing the existing Euro 300 million facility maturing in March 2012. The new facility matures in December 2016.

Botnia AB, part of Metsäliitto Group, has on 30 December 2011 signed a new Euro 270 million revolving credit facility agreement with a syndicate of six banks, replacing the existing Euro 300 million facility maturing in March 2012. The new facility matures in December 2016, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
Arrangers for the transaction are Danske Bank, DnB Bank, Nordea, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Swedbank and Pohjola Bank plc.
