Bureaucrat Company (Moscow) acquired 0.24% of Volga enterprise (Nizhny Novgorod, Balahna) federal stock-capital by public offering, Russian Federal Property Fund Privolzhsky department reported. 28633 ordinary shares were set for sale at initial price of RUR 6300 million thousand. Bureaucrat Company filed its application on October, 25 2004 and acquired the stake for the initial price of RUR 6300 million thousand. Volga enterprise is the largest newsprint manufacturer in Russia. Total arrears of the company by July 2004 were estimated at RUR 1 971 969 million thousand, including tax arrears – RUR 29 085 thousand , non-budget fund arrears – RUR 5 927 thousand, other – RUR 1 936 957 million thousand.
