Court registered an increase of Arctic Paper’s share capital
The District Court of Poznan registered an increase of Arctic Paper’s share capital by PLN 2.133.100 ($666,594) from issue of 2.133.100 ordinary bearer shares of the F series, with face value of PLN 1 ($0.31). The increase took place in reference to the settlement of acquisition of shares in Swedish Rottneros AB.

share capital by PLN 2.133.100 ($666,594) from issue of 2.133.100 ordinary
bearer shares of the F series, with face value of PLN 1 ($0.31). The increase
took place in reference to the settlement of acquisition of shares in Swedish Rottneros
AB, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
Following the recent increase, the share capital registered in the
National Court Register amounts PLN 68.561.530 ($21.4 million).
Total number of votes from all Arctic Paper S.A. shares after
registration of the increased share capital is 68.561.530.
