Dec 03, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. DS Smith Plc reached an agreement to acquire the Milas packaging business of DasaMilas Ambalaj. Milas is a leading producer of specialist corrugated packaging and displays in Turkey, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The business is focused on international FMCG customers, and is well positioned for the large Istanbul market as well as European export.

Completion, which is subject to customary conditions including competition clearance, is expected by the end of its financial year 2015-16.
