Dade Paper & Bag Co. has entered into a definitive agreement to combine with Imperial Bag & Paper Co., LLC (“Imperial”). The combined business will have total revenues over $1 billion. The transaction is expected to close in June, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
"The partnership with the Dade organization will significantly expand our reach into the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets, allowing us greater geographic coverage and ability to serve a broad customer base," stated Robert Tillis, Imperial CEO.
