The purpose of this co-operation is to offer the markets a broader product range, from small forwarders to large harvesters. The machines will continue to be produced in Söderhamn and, respectively, in Ätran, Sweden, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Since the Companies are stronger in different markets, a practical marketing division will take place where that Company which is best represented in a given area will have responsibility for sales there.
