Fibrek to take market-related downtime at Fairmont mill
Feb 10, 2012. Fibrek Inc. has announced that it will be taking market-related downtime for approximately five weeks, beginning February 20, 2012, at its Fairmont mill to manage its inventories as a result of current market conditions, while continuing to fulfill all customer commitments.

Fibrek Inc. has announced that it will be taking market-related downtime for approximately five weeks, beginning February 20, 2012, at its Fairmont mill to manage its inventories as a result of current market conditions, while continuing to fulfill all customer commitments.
This measure will remove approximately 25,000 tonnes of RBK pulp from production. The Fairmont mill has an annual capacity of 215,000 tonnes of RBK pulp.
