The revenue of Metsa Tissue SA, based in Konstancin-Jeziorna near Warsaw, is set to amount to ZL180m. The companies within the Polish unit of the group are Remex, Almat, Transpap, and Krapex. Chief executive of Metsa Tissue SA Lech Buzalski has said the company still needs to buy 8 percent of Krapkowice. Metsa Tissue is the market leader in tissue products in Nordic countries and a major tissue supplier to the markets of continental and northern Europe, and a leader in baking and cooking papers.
