Global pulp stores increased slightly: AF&PA
004. Producers Global increased pulp stores by 38 thousand tons, or 1.1% to 3.442 million tons, according to the preliminary reported published by AF&PA. The stores are sufficient to fulfill the delivery within 34 das. Throughout the last 10 years pulp stores have been falling in June by approximately 54 thousand tons.

The stores are sufficient to fulfill the delivery within 34 das. Throughout the last 10 years pulp stores have been falling in June by approximately 54 thousand tons.
Global commodity pulp production was 3.067 million tons in June 2004, down 2.8% compared with May, 2004 (3.155 million tons). The enterprises are operating at 95%, however the supplies declined from 3.153 million tons in May to 3.028 million tons in June.
The data published in the report includes Argentine, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chili, Finland, France, Japan, Morocco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and the US. The following countries account for 85% of global pulp production.
