Mar 07, 2007. /Lesprom Network/. Hewlett Packard and International Paper expand the Colour Laser portfolio of HP Everyday Papers. Up to now HP colour laser paper was only available in basis weights 80, 90, 100 and 120 g/m2. From March 2007 the following options will be available: 90, 100, 120, 160, 200, 250 and 280 g/m2.To the standard formats A4/A3 special formats for professional printing shall be added: A3+ (457x305mm), SRA3 (450x320mm). The selection ranges from packages containing 250 to 500 sheets and from 250 g/m2 upwards in packages containing 125 sheets. “The use of paper for coloured and laser print can vary depending on activity. For this reason we in cooperation with Hewlett-Packard decided to make the line of paper HP Colour Laser wider. When working on the new assortment of density and format we took into consideration both the demands of professional printers and office users”, said Torsten Lohmar, International Paper sales and marketing director for Russia and Nordics region. The line of paper HP Everyday Papers, which is meant for coping with different printing tasks in offices, advertising agencies or copying centers, can be used for coloured printing for presentation, coloured graphs, reports, promotional materials, as well as for high quality coloured copying. “The range offers paper for all requirements and is specially designed to complement the HP colour laser printers”, comments Pradeep Jotwani, vice president of the HP Image and Printing Group and responsible for consumer goods.
