EBITDA climbed 54% to RUR 209.6 million. Net income increased 2.7 times to RUR 62.7 million year-on-year. Growth was mainly due to measures on costs reduction, taken in 2005. Taking into account company’s performance in 2005 and in first half 2006, annual general meeting has decided to pay dividend of RUR 55 per common share on its common stock.
