Italian modular kitchen manufacturing group SICC SpA registered a 14% year-on-year increase in turnover in the second half of 2005, it was reported on Monday, January 16, 2006. SICC also reported a rise in orders in the same period. Sales on the Italian market accounted for 77% of the firm's turnover in 2005, up 12% year-on-year. Sales abroad climbed 20% year-on-year, SICC said in a statement. Martival Technologie SpA, a subsidiary of SICC, ended the second half of 2005 with a 4.75% year-on-year rise in turnover. The board of directors approved on January 16, 2006 the subscription of new shares issued by Martival for a total Euro 1.0 million.
