In 2004 NWTIC signed an agreement with French Kadant-Lamort to supply equipment for the procession of recycling paper to Kamennogorskaya. The main goal of the project is the improvement of paper quality through the implementation of modern technologies.
After the launch of the new equipment, Kamennogorskaya will be able to process old books, magazines, office paper waste and other types of recycling paper with color, B&W print, including coated paper. The production capacity is expected to reach 80 tons of dry airmass/day.
The construction is to be finished by Septembar, 1 2005. The planned amount of investments in the project exceeds EUR 6 million.
