Jan 22, 2013. /Lesprom Network/. Kimberly-Clark Corporation appointed Jennifer Sepull as new chief information officer (CIO) and vice president of IT Services, reporting to Mark A. Buthman, senior vice president and CFO, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. Ms. Sepull joins Kimberly-Clark from American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Honda's North American headquarters, based in Torrance, Calif., where she served as vice president and CIO of the Information Systems Division, a large team supporting Honda's $50 billion business in the Americas. Ms. Sepull also served as a member of the Honda Global Information Systems Management Board. She has been recognized by a CIO peer group as a top-10 "breakaway" leader because of her impact in leading IT innovation. Before joining Honda, Ms. Sepull was a principal in the automotive consulting services practice of IBM, and she also pursued several entrepreneurial ventures earlier in her career. "I believe Jennifer's engaging style, combined with her leadership experiences, will be a great fit as we continue to build talent and transformative capabilities in our organization, as well as prioritize and drive cost savings that will in turn enable greater investment in new capabilities," Mr. Buthman said. "Her experiences communicating and building strong relationships abroad bring a valuable perspective as we build our international business and develop relationships with delivery partners." Kimberly-Clark is an American corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products.
