Nov 23, 2013. /Lesprom Network/. Lecta informs its customers in Latin America that the company will implement a price increase of $50 to $60 per ton depending on market. It will be effective for deliveries January 2014, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Taking in consideration the current manufacturing costs and the low levels of profitability this price increase is inevitable.

Lecta is the second largest European coated woodfree paper-manufacturing group, made up of Condat, Cartiere del Garda and Torraspapel.
