Lenzing declares annual dividend of Euro 2.50 per share

Furthermore, Astrid Skala-Kuhmann was elected to the Supervisory Board for the first time. The lawyer with a doctoral degree in law is considered to be an experienced expert on Asia, and served as the Country Director for China at the local office of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Beijing during the period 2005-2011.
The Supervisory Board mandates of Helmut Bernkopf, Josef Krenner, Martin Payer, Andreas Schmidradner and Veit Sorger were all extended for a further three years. Deloitte Audit Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH, Vienna, was appointed as the auditor of the annual accounts and the consolidated financial statements for the 2012 fiscal year.
The subsequent constituent meeting of the new Supervisory Board elected Michael Junghans as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Veit Sorger to serve as the Deputy Chairman.
