Tom has an extensive background as CEO and CFO, in both Europe and USA, and has been involved with the forest industry for the past 15 years. Tom’s most recent position has been CEO for Komatsu Forest Sweden, a company that handles sales and after sales for Komatsu forest machines in Sweden.
Tom comments: "It is a true honor taking over as CEO at Log Max. It is a company with a long history, great reputation and excellent customer relationships worldwide. I'm also very excited to start working with the experienced and motivated Log Max team. We will continue focusing on designing, building and distributing world class products, always keeping our customers’ needs in mind."
Current CEO of Log Max, Micael Olsson, will work as Plant Manager at the Grangärde production unit in Sweden.
Log Max AB is a Swedish company that has been designing and manufacturing machines for mechanized forestry operations since 1980. Today Log Max AB manufactures close to 400 harvesters a year, whereof more than 70% are exported.
