Nov 01, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. The results of “The Best Work Place” survey, organised by HVG and Hewitt, were announced at a press conference held on 26 October 2006. This year’s, the sixth annual survey, was conducted among 24 000 employees in more than 120 companies. As in previous years, small and medium sized companies were evaluated separately from large companies. M-real Petőfi Nyomda Kft was ranked in a prestigious 5th place in the large company category. Petőfi Nyomda, which currently employs 400 people, has always been a famous and popular workplace in the county seat. The company, which has an industry market share of 50%, rewards employee performance with a bonus system that is outstanding in the region. The system of rewards is based on employees doing their best in professional tasks, as well on the principle of working as a team. The emphasis on creating and maintaining a team spirit is further enhanced through training, company events and trips. A colourful, high-standard company newsletter is circulated to employees monthly. The newsletter not only provides information on corporate and professional issues but also includes features on the employees of the printing house.
