Griffith has joined the company as vice president of Planning and Entitlement, MWV Community Development and Land Management Group. In this role, Mr. Griffith will be responsible for submitting and acquiring the approval of development applications and agreements, processing federal and state regulatory permits, and managing the entitlement process for the company’s East Edisto master planned community. He will report directly to Ken Seeger, senior vice president and president, MWV Community Development and Land Management Group.
