Jun 13, 2013. /Lesprom Network/. As already published in March 2013, BOEN AS and Bauwerk Parkett AG have signed an agreement to merge the two companies. This merger was now approved by the relevant competition authorities, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
