Jul 13, 2010. /Lesprom Network/. Metso sells its filled roll business Roval SARL located in Corbehem, France to Silineos SA, owned by Olivier Roussie. The agreement was signed on July 7, 2010 and became effective immediately. The value of the arrangement will not be disclosed, the company said in a statement received by Lesprom Network. The management and personnel of the company (14 persons in total) continue under new ownership, thus ensuring customers the availability of Metso filled roll technology and expertise also in the future. Metso is a global supplier of sustainable technology and services for mining, construction, power generation, automation, recycling and the pulp and paper industries.
