Metso signed Euro 500 million revolving 5-year committed loan facility
Dec 17, 2010. Metso Corporation has signed a Euro 500 million revolving 5-year committed loan facility with a syndicate of 14 banks. It replaces a Euro 500 million facility of December 15, 2006, which is currently not drawn. The facility is primarily to support Metso's short-term funding.

The facility is primarily to support Metso's short-term funding, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
Mandated Lead Arrangers for the loan were Citi, Commerzbank, CA-CI Bank, Danske Bank, Nordea, Pohjola Bank, SEB and Svenska Handelsbanken. Arrangers were BBVA, ICBC, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, Standard Chartered and Wells Fargo.
