("Millar Western") announced the resignation of CFO Kevin Edgson, who will be leaving the company effective December 1, 2013, to pursue a new career opportunity as President and CEO of an eastern Canada-based forest products company.

Kevin joined Millar Western in 1991 and was appointed Vice-President and CFO in 2006. To each of his roles within the company, Kevin has brought effective leadership, and to the organization as a whole, sound guidance that has contributed to Millar Western's advancement.
