Apr 25, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. The Millcraft Group recently promoted Scott Eisenmann to sales manager, Indianapolis. Prior to joining The Millcraft Group, Eisenmann spent nine years in the paper industry with most of his time being in sales. “We are incredibly excited to have Scott joining our management team. Not only does he bring lots of experience with him to the table, but he also brings the same passion for this business that helps drive our company,” says Chuck Mlakar, president & CEO of The Millcraft Group. “Scott’s addition to our Indianapolis team will enable us to continue our growth in that market and take advantage of some exciting opportunities. We are looking forward to growing our presence in that market and finding ways of expanding our service platform that we bring to the Indianapolis market.” “I couldn’t be more excited to join the Millcraft team,” says Scott Eisenmann. “The entrepreneurial environment coupled with the diverse network of companies including our distribution business, our roll to sheet converting capabilities, our growing store base and our new envelope converting operation give us a unique service platform that can service the needs of any customer. This is an exciting opportunity to constantly find new ways of adding value to the market.” The Millcraft Group also announced the promotion of Tony Orlando to general manager, Millcraft Paper Stores. Orlando has been with The Millcraft Group since February 2001 and he has been overseeing their store operations in Michigan for two years. During this time, the company has aggressively developed its store model by opening and/or acquiring six new paper store outlets. Prior to joining The Millcraft Group, Orlando spent 17 years in the paper industry. He was a district manager for xpedx just prior to joining Millcraft. In that role, he was responsible for five of xpedx’s Michigan store locations. “Tony brings to us the focus and energy that we are looking for to help drive our store model going forward,” says Mlakar. “As our market changes and the pressures on distributors change, we need to ensure that we never lose sight of our customers or allow a gap to exist in our service. The Millcraft Paper Stores ensure that we continue to provide the high level of service to all our customers who have helped make us successful over the last 85 years.” “I am extremely excited about the future of Millcraft and in particular the Millcraft Paper Storess,” says Orlando . “I feel Millcraft is dedicated and positioned well to grow and expand our store business. Over the last year we have all seen the pressures on the merchant community to rationalize their customer base and begin implementing minimum orders or at least raising their average order size. While that is necessary for the larger distribution centers, Millcraft has never lost sight of the smaller printer and business that may not be able to meet those minimums. Our stores allow us to continue servicing this important customer segment.”
