Jan 05, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Myllykoski resumed manufacturing on its PM6 at Kouvola mill paper mill in southern Finland. The machine produces SC paper but has been at a standstill during December, as Nordic Paper Journal reported. In the middle of December Myllykoski announced that it plans to reduce the number of employees at the mill in Kouvola by approximately 140 persons. Negotiations were initiated before Christmas. On December 21 it was announced that UPM is to take over the Myllykoski Group.
