Jan 16, 2006. /Lesprom Network/. Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget has recruited Nils Lindholm as the new head of SCA's internal audit function. His most recent position is with Billerud where he has been CFO during the past five years. Prior to that he worked within SCA for more than ten years. He started as group controller within the Molnlycke Group and was CFO of SCA hygiene products from 1995 until 2001. As head of Internal Audit, a newly established corporate staff function, Nils Lindholm will direct and perform reviews designed to systematically evaluate and suggest improvements in the processes for the group's governance, internal control and risk management, as well as work proactively with proposals for improvements in the control environment. Nils Lindholm will take up his position on 1 April 2006 and report to the CFO and the board's audit committee.
