The new loan was made at a price of 100.05 and matures on October 26, 2009. Total issued amount in NSG 14 is NOK 600 million ($97.8 million) after this transaction. Norske Skog is a world leading producer of newsprint and magazine paper, with 24 wholly and partly owned mills in 15 countries on five continents.
