Odyssey Investment Partners has entered into an agreement to sell its portfolio company Ranpak Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of paper-based systems for the "in-the-box" protective packaging market, to investment funds affiliated with Rhone Capital L.L.C. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The transaction, which is expected to be completed in the 3Q 2014, is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
