Aug 07, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Christian Dubreuil was nominated as the new General Director of the French National Forets Office (Office National des Forêts).

Parliament gave a favorable opinion on his nomination after hearings by the Committee on Economic Affairs of the National Assembly and the Committee of Economy, Sustainable Development and Spatial territory.

Christian Dubreuil, General Inspector of Agriculture, former labor inspector, graduated from the National School of Administration, occupied since 2010 the post of Director General of the Agency of Ile-de-Frange region green areas.

Olivier Soulères, head of the General Inspectorate of the ONF, was in charge of exercising the interim position since April following from Pascal Viné who joined the agricultural cooperation (Coop de France).

The National Forests Office is a public establishment of the National Government of France charged with the management of national forests.
