OSPAP, that has continued to operate since its owner PaperlinX Netherlands Holdings B.V. was placed into administration in the Netherlands, is a successful and well-established company with a broad customer base.
The acquisition will enhance the geographical footprint of Papyrus in the region, improve the service and portfolio offering, and create higher efficiency for both customers and Papyrus.
Completion of the transaction remains subject to the approval of the relevant competition authority.
