Feb 02, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Pfleiderer AG announces that Wolfgang Haupt is to vacate his seat on the Supervisory Board as from March 1, 2011 for personal reasons. Mr Haupt has been a member of the Supervisory Board since January 1, 2005. He acted as chair of the Audit Committee and also belonged to the Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board. Pfleiderer AG will shortly be applying for a judicial appointment to fill the vacancy thus created on the Supervisory Board. Pfleiderer Group manufactures engineered wood, surface finished products and laminate flooring.
