Sep 21, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Pratt Industries is opening a new recycled paper mill and materials recovery facility in Shreveport, Louisiana, as Waste & Recycling News reported. The new mill is part of a commitment made by Pratt Industries to the Clinton Global Initiative in 2007 to invest $1 billion over 10 years in recycling and clean energy. The mill is the third Pratt site in the United States that produces lightweight containerboard.
