Rembrand opens new Elgin branch

Jul 28, 2009. /Lesprom Network/. Rembrand Timber’s new Elgin branch will be open for business on August 1, TTJ reports.
The branch, on the Linkwood Industrial Estate, will replace the Moycroft depot which will be phased out on July 31.
Rembrand, Scotland’s largest independent timber merchant, is also opening a depot in Newton Stewart in the Borders during August, while a further branch will be launched in Thurso, the Highlands, during September.
The expansion will increase the company’s branch network to 16 sites.
Earlier this year, Rembrand took a shareholding in new roof truss and engineered flooring business Kingdom Timber Engineering.
