Jan 10, 2011. /Lesprom Network/. Rottneros has concluded a new agreement for operations financing with Danske Bank, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. Under the agreement Danske Bank will take over the operations financing arrangement previously placed with a bank consortium comprising five banks, where Danske Bank was one of the participating banks. The agreement, which enters into force on 31 January 2011, does not contain any covenants. Rottneros produces market pulp, i.e. paper pulp that is sold on the open market, in contrast to pulp that is produced at mills with integrated paper production.
