“We have completed the sales process jointly with the other part-owners. The sale of Bromma Business Jet is in line with SCA’s previous announcement stating that the Group will not own business jets,” says Magnus Groth, President and CEO of SCA.
The divestment is expected to be completed not later than February 29, 2016. The transaction will give rise to costs of approximately SEK 95 million ($11 million) and be reported as an item affecting comparability in the 3Q 2015.
SCA is a leading global hygiene and forest products company.
