Responding to markets beset by high pulp prices, rising energy costs and unfavourable exchange rates, Sequana Capital has decided on a package of reorganisation measures which are aimed at enabling Arjowiggins to benefit from Antalis’s sales network while Antalis will draw upon the product range offered by Arjowiggins. Sequana plans to relocate fine and thin printing paper activities from its subsidiary Arjowiggins to Antalis. Furthermore, Arjowiggins and Antalis will cooperate in the woodfree coated paper and coated recycled paper segments.
