Slovenia: Value of purchased roundwood increased by 125% in September
Slovenia's value of roundwood purchased from private owners in September 2015 was Euro 5.6 million and thus 21% higher than in August 2015 and twice as high as September 2014.

Slovenia's value of roundwood purchased from private owners in September 2015 was Euro 5.6 million, which is about 21% more than in the previous month (mainly due to higher quantity of purchased roundwood), as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Higher was the value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs (by almost 17%), of pulpwood (by 43%), of wood fuel (by almost 45%) and of other industrial roundwood (by about 141%).
The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in September 2015 was 125% higher than in September 2014, mainly due to the higher quantity of purchased sawlogs conifers. Higher was the value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs (by about 162%), of pulpwood (by almost 34%) and of other industrial roundwood (by about 94%), while the value of purchased wood fuel was lower by about 4%.
