Sveza and government of Vologda Oblast signed investment agreement to develop and implement of investment project. develop and implement of investment project. Total investment for the pulp plant construction is estimated to be approximately $2 billion. Private investment will amount to
about 90%. The project will be implemented on a public-private partnership, as the company
said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
